We're unpacking the kits etc. from the shows in New Mexico and Oklahoma City. I gathered together some of the brighter civil war reproduction fabrics, and made a little pyramid quilt (2 1/2" strips and a tri-rec's ruler will do the trick!). Then I brought out my Hopscotch pattern and made a new quilt. Instead of a scrappy border, I chose to add a 1/2" inner border from a gorgeous navy solid. Who would guess I'd be excited over a solid! Add a 2 1/2" border of a pretty 30's print from Moda, and voila! The hopscotch pattern comes in doll quilt size, and a crib size.

Welcome to my new website! The little snow man above pretty much sums up how I feel about this new year. We are all hoping for good health, and good things for the year to come. I'm determined to finish some of the projects that I've abandoned, and give them a fresh new life. While setting up this new website, I found photos of my "furry family" A lot of you know that I have a Boxer, named Bruiser, and a Pomeranian, named Sophie, and a Mini Dachshund named Gracie. I also have a long haired cat named Jasmine. She's been with me the longest. almost 15 years!
I hope you enjoy browsing through my patterns, and I hope you find something you like. I will do my best to keep new things coming.
